FAM Scholarship
Providing financial assistance to high school seniors who are the children of first responders in Western New York. This scholarship aims to support their pursuit of higher education at 2-year or 4-year colleges or universities.

Eligibility Requirements
Class of 2025
Seniors in the graduating class of 2025 who attend a Western NY High School in the
following Counties:
Erie County, Niagara County, Orleans County, Cattaraugus County, Chautauqua County,
Wyoming County, Allegany County
First Responder
Senior's primary caretaker must be a local first responder, including but not limited to, firefighters,
police officers, EMT/paramedics, corrections officers, or 911 call takers, & emergency dispatchers
First Responder must be employed in Western New York
College Admission
Applicant must be accepted and plan to enroll in an accredited 2-year or 4-year college or university for the upcoming academic year

Official acceptance letter will be required if selected as a finalist

Scholarships will be disbursed directly to the recipient's chosen college or university to cover tuition, fees, books, or other educational expenses.
The total scholarship amount will be disbursed as a one-time payment directly to your college. Scholarship funds are not be transferable for personal use.
