• Nominee must be an active first responder in the Western New York area

• Nominator has the option to be identified or remain anonymous to the Nominee

• This is an open process, ongoing program - no deadline!

• The winner is selected by a dedicated Committee of FAM Foundation Board Members

• Winner will be contacted by FAM. They will have the option to have their nomination be private or public (shared on social media, etc.)​
